| These instructions apply to transom angle of 8 degrees
and from 1/8” to 3/8” thick and dead rise angles from 0 to 20 degrees. INTAKE CUTOUT The intake cutout dimensions are shown on EXHIBIT B or EXHIBIT C. EXHIBIT B is for a Vee Bottom boat and EXHIBIT C is for a Delta Bottom boat. TRANSOM CUTOUT An initial cut-out is made in the transom to allow the intake to be installed. See EXHIBIT B or EXHIBIT C. INSTALLING INTAKE a. A setup jig is provided to aid in the alignment of the intake. Bolt to the intake. b. Weld both sides of the intake inside and out. c. Mark and drill transom mounting holes. d. Mark and drill cutout holes. Complete transom cutout for standard steering. See EXHIBIT D. Complete transom cutout for HTR II steering. See EXHIBIT E. |
